3phcash is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every player on our platform. 7 Data Retention

3phcash retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with AML and gaming regulatory requirements.
• Financial and transaction data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by Philippine AML regulations.
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction, or longer if related to an ongoing dispute or legal proceeding.
• Technical and usage data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months in identifiable form, after which it is anonymised or deleted.
• Marketing preferences: Retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion, subject to any overriding legal retention obligations.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, 3phcash will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with our internal data disposal procedures.

11 Minors & Age Restriction

The 3phcash platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. 3phcash does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately close the associated account, delete the data, and return any deposits in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
