3phcash reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 3phcash may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Age Verification: 3phcash takes the 21+ age restriction seriously. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at the sole discretion of 3phcash after deducting any applicable processing fees.
To access the full range of 3phcash services, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 3phcash platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 3phcash reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confid entiality and security of your 3phcash account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 3phcash will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 3phcash immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3phcash accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 3phcash reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated player account pending investigation.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of identity verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day where possible.
Before processing your first withdrawal, 3phcash requires you to complete identity verification (KYC). This includes submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID) and proof of ownership of your nominated payment method. 3phcash reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
All transactions on the 3phcash platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 3phcash does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player are the sole responsibility of the player.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 3phcash platform without the prior written consent of 3phcash.
3phcash collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the 3phcash platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 3phcash implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data and does not sell player data to third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3phcash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if 3phcash has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The 3phcash platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 3phcash makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any game offered thereon.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 3phcash's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your 3phcash account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your nominated payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and identity verification obligations.
3phcash reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; or any other reason that 3phcash, in its sole discretion, deems sufficient to protect the integrity of the platform and its players.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact 3phcash at [email protected] and allow a period of thirty (30) days for the parties to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.
3phcash reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 3phcash will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 3phcash platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
